Deposits & Payment
• Credit card or check (through PayPal)
• 1/2 deposit is due at time reservation is made
• Balance is due 60 days prior to departure date
• Security deposit of $250 is required & returned 1 week after departure if everything is in order
Cancellation & Return Policy
• 60 day cancellation to receive full refund minus $60 handling fee
• If reservation is cancelled under 60 days, we will relist property & full refund (minus $60 handling fee) wlll be given if property is re-rented.
(Note: We can accept weekly and monthly rentals only.)
